Description
Tall grass & weeds. Supposed to be a single family dwelling but appears to have at least 6 adults and several small children. At least 3 cars in the driveway (one without tags) and 2 or 3 more parked in the street. Cars parked in the street are more than 12 inches from the curb, often parked at an angle and less than five feet from driveways.
