Description

Every morning this week, the traffic light at Van Dyke and Kennedy Circle is flashing red in both directions. This is causing a major backup on Van Dyke as 6 lanes are forced to treat it as a stop sign. There is no traffic on Kennedy this early in the morning and it should never flash red for Van Dyke anyways.
