Description
Unpermitted Demolition: Demolition of the Tapscott building at 19th and Broadway commenced in March 2019. The developers did not post a Demolition Notice before work began. They have not designated a complaint and enforcement manger and posted the required signage. Loud demolition activity with jackhammers has been performed as early as 4:30 AM, well outside permitted hours. Code Enforcement posted a Stop Work notice on 4/5/2019 indicating this is Unpermitted Demolition. Nonetheless, work continues. A Construction Noise Management Plan has not be implemented or applied.
