Q. Description of the issue
A. The infestation of moth larvae last year seem to have killed two large mulberry trees in the backyard of 169 Christopher Columbus Drive. The trees are large and would pose a threat to nearby power lines and homes if they fall. In addition, the trees seem to be covered in new egg sacs(?) that should be hatching in a few weeks. I'm sorry if this is the wrong department, but I can't figure out who the property owner is and don't know what else to do about it. I was wondering if there was a way for somebody to kill the larvae so they don't cause more damage and remove the trees if they're dead. The backyard is unmaintained and unused.
Q. What Type of Animal?
A. Moth larvae
