Description

The alley parallel to 49th St N between 34th Ave N and 35th Ave N is very deteriorated in parts with valleys and potholes (especially in the middle) and when it rains it pools up pretty bad and does not drain for days. And one end of the alley (north) seems to have been smoothed and resurfaced but the rest of the alley to the south end has not been smoothed or resurfaced
