Description

I was referred to your office by Daniel Lucero of Pima County Transportation. Our small neighborhood has a posted speed limit of 25 mph and an S-curve where this speed is excessive. The county performed a speed test through the area in February and determined that there is a periodic problem, but that they cannot lower the speed limit any further. Our HOA has received complaints from residents and is trying to prevent an accident between vehicles and/or pedestrians and bicycles. Please contact me to discuss the options we may have.
