Description
There is a used car dealer in the parking lot of 810 Rock Quarry Rd. The vehicles for sale are parked in a way that the vehicle trunk sticks out onto the sidewalk making it difficult for people to get by. The cars are not actually parked on the sidewalk but still block the sidewalk.
