Description

South Capitol Street and Halley Place. People constantly run the red lights and disobey the left turning signals. Install red light cameras to discourage running of red lights. Have witnessed pedestrians almost being hit by vehicles. IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS INTERSECTION!!!
