A site inspector from the Engineering will investigate this concern.

The stormwater runoff from the new subdivision on Eves Circle does not flow along Eves Circle roadway, but rather discharges through a detention pond and into the stream channel along Eves Circle. Staff have visited the parking lot area and was not able to observe any drainage issues related to the new construction. If runoff is coming from the unpaved roadway section, please send information and any available pictures to Engineering@roswellgov.com and staff may be able to better direct your questions and concerns.
