Description

Yesterday at a little after 8 a.m. a full-sized black (or dark grey?) pickup was driving westbound on Alhambra, west of Harbor Drive, at 40-50 mph (it's a 25mph zone). A resident putting out his trash made a motion to slow down, and the motorist sped up and gave the guy the finger. He was driving the same route today, at the same speed.
