At 55 Hall St. the owners park cars in the backyard. Currently 2-3 are there but I've seen up to 5. They also have cars in the driveway. The owner has a Florida transport plate that he swaps from vehicle to vehicle. This has been reported to city officials (Jim Turcio). I got the, I'll look into it. Week later, no response. What is the answer? Is this legal or not? Im tired of complaining about issues to city officials and getting no response.
