Single family home has been converted into a duplex. Wall was built in the downstairs hallway to block off two of the four bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms. Was told that there was a kitchen downstairs. I'm not sure if this was all done with permits. I saw this while I took a tour of the house as a potential renter.
