Description
People who do not live on our block are flying down our street at outrageous speeds for it being only one block long. There is no possible way they could stop in time to not hit a child or animal, or pedestrian that came into the street. It is an extremely unsafe situation, and adding in the factor that the street is full of enormous potholes they are swerving around, it could become deadly.
