Description
The pond always has a foul odor
The previous owner had a Fountain to keep water from becoming foul. There is also a water pipe the helps keep the pond from overflowing and is currently stopping up due to debris in pipe. Recommend reinstalling the Fountain to improve the health of the water, decrease foul odor from water and may help with the overwhelming amount of mosquitos that always occur

Per Mr. Magness with Parks and Recreation they treat the ponds regularly to help with algae blooms and other issues. He will have someone look at the pipe and take care of any clogs.
