Description

Turning left from the 23rd Ave. overpass onto E. 12th Street: sometimes you get a left turn signal, which is fine. Other times the light never goes to the left turn signal, and because of the way the intersection is laid out it's very tricky to turn left without risking driving into oncoming traffic from 22nd Ave.
