Description

This spot is symptomatic of this stretch of Chimney Rock through Bissonnet. Very bumpy due to old asphalt DISREPAIR. Disrepair because patching concrete cracks with asphalt is at best temporary. But it usually left in place for years. Jump to proper cement repair!
