Description
On 04/21/2019 at 0032 hrs I, S/O T. Grindle, responded to a vehicle versus gate call at Oakridge ACF. I arrived on scene at 0037, followed by Cpl J. Bryan. We made multiple attempts to reattach the barrier arm but the bolts wouldnt fix properly back into the slot. Cpl. J. Bryan then called the on-call PW cell phone number and was unable to leave a voicemail. A text message was sent to that number regarding the issues. She later left a message on Chuck's cell phone. The gate was manned until Public Works could responded to the location. Robert Bloxom arrived on scene at 0224 hrs At 0352 hrs, Cpl. J. Bryan advised the residential side wouldnt open for RFID and the slider control panel was signally an error code. The guest slide was also signally the same error code. The guest barrier arm would open from the inside of the gate and S/O T. Grindle remained on location. Robert Bloxom advised Remote Technology would have to service the gate for repairs. S/O T, Grindle was relieved by S/O J. Spruce. This report will be forwarded to Public Works. End of report
