Description

The contractor has apparently abandoned this construction site. The sidewalk has been closed for months, with no progress after the initial repair attempts. Signs are knocked over and water is standing in the holes they dug. It's unsafe, unsightly and sidewalk is unusable to residents due to mud overflowing the entire stretch. Please complete this repair ASAP - it's my understanding this was one of many requirements of the Chevy dealer opening that have been ignored or neglected.
