Call the police. This app isnt monitored 24/7 nor on weekends.

You need to call the police when things like this are happening. Reporting them on the app will do no good if someone isn’t monitoring it. The documentation is necessary to build a stronger case against this place. Call 911 when they’re doing things like this and tell them you want to remain anonymous.

One car filled with young guys that stayed at 2030 flop house last night dumped their trash on street. So now I have to go pick it up! No respect whatsoever!!! Oh and IM2 do you not think every Avenue of shutting down hasn't been tried? Mayor McDermott, code enforcement, HPD, state senator Randolph, state representative Jackson, Lake County Auditor's office and a host of other entities. We have every right to complain on this app just like you do.

New thing is to let those who break the law get away with it and make those of us who follow the law suffer.

We had a “problem” neighbor with all kinds of ”interesting” comings and goings—kept calling HPD every time there was a law being broken—noise, illegal dumping, parking...it FINALLY was determined that the landlord was maintaining “a common nuisance” — that only comes with reporting...call 9-1-1 & code enforcement—neither of these agencies want a problem neighbor either! The Mayor fully supports the shut down...so help him in every way you can by being reporters!

Twinkle Star, I am well aware of what is happening with this property. I was merely offering a suggestion regarding illegal activity out in the open. Never said anything about what you have rights to complain about or not. Have a wonderful Easter Sunday.

Another thing that wasn’t reported via 911 call was a renter pulling up at the wrong house (again) in the middle of the night on Friday waking us up looking for the Airbnb house. This is crazy. They are knocking on the wrong house disturbing everyone.

This is NOT a hotel.. and nor is it the 7 eleven - the owner of this Airbnb thinks he can put up shop anywhere and shove it down every throats thinking it OK.

Way to go neighbors! We need for that place to GO!!

Any noise issues, suspicious activity, etc. should be called in to 911 immediately. Thank you for reporting this on here as well, as we will document. We have sent out a citation concerning the issues with this house, and a lawsuit has been filed by the city. We understand that this is a nuisance for the neighborhood, and we are doing everything we can to address the issues.

This will be closed. After the new court ordered judgement, we have not had any problems. We will keep an eye on the grass.
