How is it that no one gives owners heads up when the schedule is changing. Why is there no call, text, email, or message on this app of the new schedule for holidays that everyone dont take off. Then I look online after noone picks up my trash to find that they came 2 days ago instead. everyone on my street had there stuff out for the same problem. communication is the key.
