  How is this closed? The person continues to camp on the basketball court -- most days, continuously. He is blocking use of the SE hoop - directly interfering with public use of the park - in addition to violating the prohibition on nighttime camping in the park. He was there 1 hour ago when I passed by.

  Here is the situation this morning at 8 am. This one individual interferes with basketball play on 1/2 the court whenever he lies immediately under the basket, as he often does.

  BPD needs to do a sweep every night— and make sure they go to shelters. Otherwise, this is never going to end. Every night, at least 5 people sleep in the bushes scattered around the park.
