Although there has been no significant rainfall since the last photos, the stagnant water in the culvert is getting higher (see photo). Please inspect.
I've seen this issue myself. Water is backed up into the concrete storm drainage pipe. The culvert itself has partly filled in with sediment with lots of overgrowth blocking drainage creating a mosquito breeding haven.
Though we are in the midst of a drought, there is still stagnant water in this culvert. There is insect larvae in there moving around. It's a nuisance and health hazard. Please clear out this culvert holding stagnant water. Neighbors have helped to trim some weeds back, ibut it likely needs more heavy-duty equipment to dredge it and improve water flow.
