The water is not coming from the street of Winter Way.
The runoff is coming from North Maple street. There is a holding pond on the east side of the road (apparently not doing its function) and the runoff comes to the west side of the road into the back yard of 2 Winter Way along the fence line on the north side of this property. The water is washing away the base of this fence and then into 4 winter way and then onto 6 Winter Way near the fence line along these properties and the field behind them. This year there has been a lot of erosion and flooding in these areas.
