City of Sandy Springs addressed this issue on 04/23/2019, service request #19-026224.

The drain in question has not been resolved. I may have been a little off in the address, but the drain is one drain South of the address I mentioned. It's the first drain North bound from the Sandy Springs Circle and Roswell Road red lights. I'll try to attach an image of the roadway falling in at the drain in question shortly.

This is across the road from Wells Fargo Bank back. One of the issues I noticed.
