Everybody on Center Street complain they want the parking permits and then they don't want parking permit but then when there's no parking on the street do to people from the building across the way 4Lyman Street Street taking the parking everybody cries it is city ordinance and people have to abide by it that's why I need to change the stickers so people could not give him out relatives or children 2 car per household Plus parking in the parking lot with the parking sticker you can get at the property management on Appleton Street
