A resident reported this issue on April 19, 2019 and I reported the outage to Xcel Energy who owns and maintains the lights at 1-800-895-4999 and online at http://www.xcelenergy.com/Outages/Report_Outage as Report No. 1076915. The resident reported a string of five lights were out for months. It has been my experience in the past with this location that an underground wiring issue is the cause. I have not received a response from Xcel Energy yet but have the report on my calendar to follow up every two weeks until the lights are repaired.
