Description

The south bound traffic light camera does not detect small vehicles at the "Stop at here" sign. We were stuck for two cycles until we crept up into part of intersection, past the line for it to see cars and turn green. Rita Rd backed up quite a bit due to the 5p rush and Pima County Fair.
