So much for teaching kids how to be considerate and respectful of others. But if parents don't have those qualities, guess you can't teach them.

You should have called 911 at the time it was happening. This app was never meant to replace calling 911 if you need the police to respond to a scene immediately. Below I have provided you with the number. DCFS is the Illinois version. There is also a link to their website. You will have to call them yourself as only you can answer any questions they have about the situation.

Capt alcox hpd community affairs you see we have called 911 on several different instances on the block but your officers are too lazy to do their jobs just the other day we had some lady who was soo high on something and couldnt walk,barely talk getting checked out by paramedics while officers searched her vehicle but never arrested her and told her to go inside after they left she got back in her vehicle and drove off. Negligence from officers on calls on this block will no longer be tolerated

Not sure when this went from calling DCS about a pool party to a complaint about lazy, negligent police officers but I can explain to you how to file a formal complaint on the officers if you feel that they intentionally or negligently handled a call you were involved in. If that's what you want to do. That's something else that cannot be done through this app. You would have to come to the station for a formal complaint. If it's something you want us to look into with a formal complaint, I can arrange that. I would need a date and time, nature of the call and the officers names or the car number and a brief description of what you feel they did wrong.

We've had 5 calls to that house in 4 yrs and 4 of the 5 came in as Alarm calls. The other call was for a suspicious guy walking in the area. If the residence are up late and outside breaching the peace then please call 911. If you feel a call was handled improperly then Capt. Alcox has already explained what to do.
