Is that unGodly mess still standing?! I read a while back that the owner's legal defense team petitioned the town/court to keep it intact, as-is, so that the mansion's remains can be preserved as 'evidence' in his trial(s). Didn't the owner also refuse to pay for the demolition and instead insist that the town of West Hartford foot the bill (again)?
