This happened in March but we had AFS out to our home yesterday to repair sinking garage floor. AFS man said there was a 24” void under corner of garage that is taking full brunt of the water damage/erosion over past several years due to inadequate drainage behind and south in easement. We have reported this several times over the years and it has been cleaned once. Could we please be contacted and this issue fixed?

Public Works has dipped the ditch and built a berm for proper water flow.
