I am in the process of replacing my fence that backs up to this property at 419 64th Ave south- due to the fact that her trees and weeds are over-growing and pushing through and growing over it. I have to place the new fence inside of my old because when the fence company went to take it down all of her junk fell in. This back yard property is a mess and needs to be cleaned up. The utility pole in the back corner, the transformer has blown a few times due to her weeds and cactus growing up the pole. You have my permission to enter my back yard and look over into hers. Also, the neighbor right before her on 401 64th Ave south, also has cleanup issues in their back yard- also they put their shed up and I believe it is violation of the property line, since they had a fence up also between us at one time. They removed it and then put up everything right against my fence, including the placement of their shed and banana trees and other shrubs etc... Thank you for handling this. I am rather sick of cleaning up after my neighbors since I do not have trees or other items that infringe on their properties. I am constantly cleaning up after them.
