there are multiple holes in the fence along the wash on the Palo Verde greenway between Country Club and Palo Verde. Entire sections of the fence have been peeled back on both ends for people to easily walk into the wash. Problem is wildlife keeps coming out of the wash onto the Greenway. I have run into coyotes on several occasion - today, the coyote was trapped on the bike path and could not find the hole in the fence. I could not pass the coyote safely as it had nowhere to go. It was running in front of me away from me for a while, but then a bicycler came from the other direction, trapping the animal in between us - very dangerous. I turned around and had to do a 1.5 mile detour to get to work. This is not safe for walkers/bicyclers who use this path daily. Please fix the fence, or remove it entirely.
