Q. Drainage/Flooding location. The more specific the better (physical address, directions, intersection, etc)
A. Flooding due to drainage being plugged by cement from oil company that tore up the road and City allowed them to fix it. When repairing they poured cement covering drainage now causing severe flooding when it rains. Location is at Nighswander Pkwy between Clarke St & Sunset.
