Description
Please deal with Washington Middle School Park. Issues are people openly shooting up in the park in broad daylight, trash, mattress that homeless are sleeping on at night, weeds, and other general undesirable individuals present and behaviors taking place in the park. No respectable adult is going to want to go relax in that park or take their child to play in the park.
