Description

The neighbors who live in the house on W 8th (backing up on this property) appear to have dumped their tree trimmings and other household trash on this vacant lot. I say it is them because you can see the tree has been trimmed and voila! tree limbs/trunks dumped at the street on this lot. Now more trash has showed up.
