Perhaps when the City goes out to check this report, they can do something about the pontoon boat that someone has roped off/ tied off to a tree in the same area- along the seawall near Riverside Drive NE. and 83rd Ave North. It is a canal, not a free boat slip. Concerned that others will follow this trend of keeping their boat in the canal because it is not only unattractive but could do damage to the seawall.
