Description
Traffic light at France Avenue and 66 street west. It seems that when the access to North bound France Avenue is cut off for extended period of time the lights would be controlled differently at this intersection. perhaps something that should’ve been thought of before this? I realize these roads are Hennepin county roads but nonetheless some consideration could have been suggested.
