Description

The operator of HTI Wash Tank is illegally dumping chemicals into the sewer system. The smell is so bad, it is nauseating. The smell is strongest near the Medford street sewer. I have reported about this; the Confirmation # 890156. The operator continue to dump once or twice a month.
