Description

The traffic signal for turning left from ETC jester onto 610 is horribly timed. You hot three red lights in a row every single time, without fail. The light on the south side will turn green and less than a second later the left turn light on the other side of the overpass will turn red and you will have to sit through a whole cycle for another green light. Then when you do get a green, you get stopped at a red light on TC Jester for almost another filf cycle. The whole process takes 4-5 minutes to move 300 yards and it happens this way every single time, without fail. I have done it at least 50 times and it is the same every single time. It needs to be retimed so you can at least get through 2 of the lights at the same time.
