Description

Cream and white Jayco RV Parked more than 72 hours. Expired Calif handicapped plate 774PF. Was parked illegally in the Bienadi 4 hour parking lot to 1916 Montana and now here. The streets of Oakland are not a campground or a RV park. How many reports of these RVs dumping the human waste down the storm drains do we have read about.
