That crossing in general is dangerous. Multiple people have tried get the city to have the county do something to make it safer but it doesn’t seem like that’s even an option. The best answer many have gotten is to walk one block south. I’m sure it’s not the answer you want but it’s the answer that many residents have gotten for years...

Thank you guys very much for making the caretakers trim the trees! It is much better visibility now. However, this curved intersection is not safe for traffic as well as for pedestrians. The view can be easily obstructed by parked vehicles and trees can grow back.
As people proposed here, is there a possibility to move the traffic light on Harding Ave from 91st street to the curve by 90th?

Or at least paint crossing lines and put pedestrian crosswalk signs.
