I had extra trash 4 weeks ago. I have called multiple times to have it picked up. I was told it would be picked up. You guys didn’t pick it up four weeks in a row. You said you would pick it up as a missed pick and still didn’t pick it up. I have three bags of trash that haven’t been picked up. I have to put the bags in a trash can. Though for some stupid @#$% reason that isn’t authorized by you. If I leave the bags sitting next to the authorized can 1 it looks like @#$% in front of my house, 2 animals get into it,3 the neighborhood doesn’t like it,4 you still don’t pick it up. This needs to be fixed. This is insanity. How many times do I need to call and or write. Their job is to collect trash for their customers. So why can’t they do it. I have taken all proper steps and have been very polite up to this point.
