please consider reinstating the old route 4 service down howard avenue/palm/ysabella. I was one of several downtown workers who used this bus to commute to the office, keeping cars off the street and out of parking lots everyday. In addition, I know residents in Bayshore Presbyterian Apartments at 2909 W. Barcelona who used this route as well. These folks are primarily elderly and on fixed incomes. The part of Howard avenue has been nicknamed "restaurant row" and a number of the staff at these businesses rode the route 4 bus. In my opinion, eliminating the route 4 resulted in a service reduction to south tampa, not an improvement.
Please reconsider this change.
