This property was visited by code enforcement and was beginning to get cleaned up. However, not only is there a mountain of trash by the road, they are transferring a large amount to the other hoard at 2000 Progress St. (corner of Cude and Progress). That property impedes the flow of traffic because of the trash and bushes and debris in the road. The resident blatantly throws his trash in the street.
