The driver of this Black 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude SUV with license plate number 8GMM646 was arrested for a DUI in Alameda County back in January. Her license was suspended as per California standard procedure for DUI offenders, and she was sentenced to 3 years court probation and a 3 month licensed DUI program. Despite having her license suspended, she has been driving the Jeep every single day since her arrest in early January 2019. I've been attempting to report it to APD for a month straight now and she is still doing it every day with no consequences. She can be regularly seen driving in and out of her family's building's carport at 2614 Central Ave, usually early in the morning, 2 or 3pm in the afternoon and at 2 am to 3 am at night. It's impossible to miss her as she often blasts her music loudly to draw attention to herself.

This morning I woke up to the eardrum-rupturing sound of deafeningly loud barking from the 3 dogs that are kept locked up in the tiny apartment of 2614 Central Ave #B 24/7. When I looked out my window, their doors and windows were closed. Apparently the dogs were barking/shrieking so loudly that you could hear them through two layers of closed double-pane windows, my neighbors' windows and my own windows - all of which were closed. Can only imagine how loud they are in there. Don't understand how these psychotic people can live like that. I live in a different building with double pane windows that Ikeep closed at all times to keep their noise out of my apartment and it's loud enough to wake me up while I'm sleeping with earplugs and a fan on. Incredible
As usual I extend my sincerest thanks to APD for ignoring this issue and refusing to cite the nuisance owners. Thanks APD for refusing to do your jobs and letting these degenerates abuse the entire neighborhood to their heart's content for over a year straight (actually more like 10 years, according to what my neighbor told me!)

She came flying out of their carport this morning at 6:45 AM while blasting her subwoofers to harass me and my girlfriend while we were sleeping. She woke us both up. This was in retaliation to me calling fire dept on her last night for starting an illegal bonfire while i was trying to air out my stuffy apartment and exposing my girlfriend and i to toxic wood smoke particles.
glad to know this degenerate thug is still being given a free pass by APD to harass and abuse our neighborhood on a daily basis and continue operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license due to her DUI only a few months ago

Friday, August 9th, 2019. It has been over 3 months since I submitted this request to seeclickfix. The DUI jeep driver is still continuing to operate motor vehicles daily on a suspended license.
The corrupt city government of Alameda and the corrupt Alameda police department have officially ignored this request for 3 months. Nice job! Way to go showing everyone how little you give a sh** about our community!

Nothing happened AFAIK. She still harasses us too. I wont be surprised if she never gets in any trouble. I dont even bother calling APD anymore because I already know they won't help. They don't care.
I honestly avoid all contact with her and intentionally try to work my schedule around hers so I never have to see her, but the other night I was unfortunate enough to get home apparently just after she had arrived, at about 2 AM.
I didn't even realize she was there as everything seemed quiet when we pulled in, but as I was stepping out of the car I heard a sudden a loud hammering sound behind me, like someone was repeatedly opening and slamming a car door as hard as possible. I turned around, and I saw her just over the fence walking away from her car. She started repeatedly blipping her car horn with the remote as she walked to her family's apartment.
She does similar stuff all the time. She never stopped driving her Jeep after her DUI arrest in January. She kept driving it literally this entire time. Her license was suspended but hey, here in Alameda, she's above the law.

I called APD earlier, it took them a long time to respond by which time they had quieted down, and a few minutes after APD left he came burning out of their carport with his music blasting.
I called APD to let them know what they just did but I'm sure this person will be halfway to Mexico by the time they respond.
APD has been letting these people do this to me every single night for almost 2 consecutive years straight. This is our tax dollars at work, folks.

After her sister and her friend last night kept us up until midnight blasting rap music and doing burnouts in their driveway, the DUI jeep driver decided to harass us some more today by repeatedly setting off her car alarm and then rolling out of her carport honking her horn and blasting her rap music. They have been doing this to us every single day for almost 2 years straight. APD has been letting them get away with it every single time. I have been calling the police on them every day for almost 2 years to no avail.

Thanks Martha. Im sorry to hear that happened to you but Im not surprised now that I know how worthless and corrupt our city government and police force is. you literally cant count on them for anything. there is no justice here in alameda. Just us. Alameda is a lawless dystopia where any criminal can do anything they want to you with impunity. just the sad truth
and yes she does have a pretty regular schedule and if APD actually even remotely tried to bust her they could do it easily in less than 24 hours. it would only take them one officer and probably 20 minutes to make the arrest but that will never happen as we can see after literally almost 2 years of me calling them about this every day and reporting her every day they still haven't done jack. literally 2 year of police calls to get them to do something that would take less than 20 minutes in any other city. 2 years later and they still ignore it. no surprise when we ahve the most corrupt and worthless police department in the entire country.

Saturday, October 12th, 2019. 2:19 AM. I finally arrived home. I stayed out as late as I could intentionally to avoid being harassed by the degenerates from 2614 Central Ave.
Reviewing my home security cam footage confirmed that it was best for me stay out of my own home tonight. It looks like the DUI jeep driver pulled into our carport again at 7:02 PM. She appeared to stop somewhere in our carport (probably my space judging by the reflection from her taillights) before turning around and driving out again a few moments later. It appears that she stopped in front of our building (again judging by taillights) and did something there for a while (probably vandalizing my mailbox again) before leaving. As far as I can tell she has not returned since.
At around 10:30 PM, the DUI jeep driver's sister who drives the Infiniti SUV came rolling in loudly blasting her subwoofers on purpose to harass us in case we were home (she did not know we were not home and must have assumed I would be there after work).
The security cam footage also includes numerous other instances of loud barking dogs, loud music, yelling, and trespassing on our property.

Sunday, October 13th, 2019. 7:30 AM.
My girlfriend and I were just woken up while sleeping in our bedroom with our double pane windows closed and while wearing earplugs when the DUI jeep driver swerved into our driveway to go around her father/grandfather's pickup truck blocking their driveway, blasting music at around 200 decibels right outside our bedroom window. She also blipped her car horn several times as she walked into her apartment.
Right now she is walking back and forth between the apartment and her jeep, which has been driving daily on a suspended license since her DUI arrest back in January 6th.
Thanks for letting the neverending, unprovoked harassment and abuse continue for 2 years straight APD!

Friday, October 18th, 2019. The DUI jeep driver's family were harassing us all evening and all night after I returned home from work last night. The harassment continued late into the night, one of their accomplices was apparently outside setting off fireworks until around 3 AM.
Today theres been more disturbances. The DUI jeep driver returned blasting her music extremely loudly with her subwoofers turned up, with her sister. They went into their apartment and intentionally roused their 4 neglected dogs into a frenzy of barking and kept their door open to force us to continue listening to it.
Mind you, these are completely unprovoked incidents. We've had no contact with them all month. We try our best to ignore them but they continue the harassment.

I can try calling it in but I sincerely doubt that animal services will do anything. I've called them so many times. Alameda Animal Control Officer Alaina Onesko doesn't seem to care about her job and I don't think she's ever cited anyone for any animal related infraction.
The bottom line is that Alameda has lots of laws that declare many different things i.l.l.e.g.a.l on PAPER, like the fact that we have a ban on vehicles without a front license plate, the 3 dog per household limit, the daytime and nighttime decibel limits for noise in residential and commercial areas, etc. There are all these laws that exist only on paper and do not actually exist in practice because our city government refuses to enforce them.
What good is our license plate law when the owner of the building next door to us owns several different trucks and SUVs - all of which lack a front license plate - and gets to drive them around daily all over Alameda and the county in general with impunity despite this? What good is that law if he never gets cited for breaking it?
What good is the law against blocking driveways, if our neighbor gets to park his truck with the rear end sticking into our driveway, and when I call APD, they assure me an officer will come and contact me, and they never do? What good is that law if my neighbor still gets to block our driveway and never gets cited for it no matter how many times I call the police?
What good is the noise ordinance, the decibel limits, etc, if officers won't enforce it? What good is that law if they can only cite an offender if they personally witness the infraction? They're severely limited in staffing, they can't possible be around to witness all these incidents in time, their response time is typically slow, and they will not accept video footage as evidence, they won't accept multiple accounts from different people corroborating what happened as evidence, they won't cite period unless they see it for themselves? What good are the decibel limits if all an offender has to do is simply stop the noise when they see officers rolling up? The officers dont witness it, they never get cited, the law is pointless!
What good is 3 dogs per household if Alaina Onesko will take upwards of 20 minutes to respond to the location, by which time the people will probably already have locked the dogs up inside and left with no way for her to observe them? What good will it do if she doesn't even care about citing them and apparently has some kind of buddy-buddy relationship with them after all the times I've called and had her sent out here? She's literally friends with them now and apparently thinks that keeping 4 dogs locked up in a cramped apartment 24/7 with no outside activity, no socialization short for a 10 minute "poop walk" in their carport while all of us have to listen to their shrieking barking throughout the day and night is totally ok?
What good are any of these laws. They are worthless. They are meaningless words printed on meaningless paper sitting in some Alameda courthouse somewhere, that are worth less than the legal paper they're printed on. This city and its laws are a giant joke.

Saturday, October 19th, 2019. There was nonstop harassment from them all night. They were also trespassing in our carport. They drove multiple times into our carport blasting music to harass us. They are now escalating their harassment campaign and regularly coming on our property to harass us.
Saturday, October 19th, 2019. 11:28 AM. After being kept up until about 4:30 AM I finally went to bed. At around 9 AM this morning the guy from the lower rear unit at 2614 Central Ave decided to take his i.l.l.e.g.a.l.l.y. modified motorcycle for a quick noisy joyride around the neighborhood. He loudly revved it up and came flying out of the carport only to return a few minutes after doing a few dangerous, high speed laps around our otherwise quiet residential neighborhood, and pulled back in revving the bike some more. At around 10 AM I finally got back to sleep, and now at 11:25 AM I just woke up again to an eardrum-splitting symphony of barking from all 4 of the dogs that are kept locked up in 2614 Central Ave #B
Saturday, October 19th, 2019. 3:13 PM. The owners of 2614 Central Ave decided to invite a bunch of their family over for another one of their daily parties. They brought a van with some kids and bought them a massive bag of "pop-rocks" the size of one of those extra large potato chip bags you can get at costco. They apparently instructed their kids to start throwing the pop rocks over the fence into our driveway, just below where my apartment window is. They've been there for the past 5 minutes and have thrown probably around 100 or 200 pop rocks
I feel bad for the kids. This is probably the most fun they ever get to have. Their family doesn't take them to parks or playgrounds. Their idea of fun is sitting in a carport on a cloudy day and throwing some pop rocks around. Kinda low that they're trying to weaponize their own children against us by teaching them at a young age to be disrespectful to neighbors

I arrived home last night to discover that the family members of 2614 Central Ave that were outside today partying decided to throw a bunch of trash into our driveway (again, they've done it many, MANY times before) and left debris in our driveway for us to drive over when we pulled in. I've included a photo of some of the stuff they threw in our driveway.
They also vandalized my mailbox again, and I found it partially ajar once again. They have been prying it open enough so that they can slip a wire into the mailbox and use it to fish my mail out. They have been stealing my mail. I got a photo of that as well.
My security cam captured them trespassing on our complex again, which was probably when they threw the trash in our driveway and pried my mailbox open.
Today they're once again blocking the driveway with their pickup truck.

Here's the photo of the damage they did to my mailbox (again, for the 4th or 5th time this month) in order to steal my mail.
As you can see, they've pried the door open enough so that you can take a small wire or rod, such as an unfolded paper clip, to nudge letters out of the slot. This allows them to steal my mail every day.

Sunday, October 20th, 2019. 11:50 PM. The DUI jeep driver just came blasting in with her music turned up on the highest setting on purpose to harass and disturb us while we were in bed sleeping. The music was so loud it woke me up while I was sleeping with earplugs in and with my double pane windows firmly closed.
She then blipped her car horn several times before loudly entering her apartment, flinging open the screen door hard and provoking her dogs into a frenzy of eardrum rupturing barking. We had to listen to music blasting, door slamming and barking dogs all within a few minutes, all of this at literally 10 minutes to midnight.
She has been doing this to us every single day and night for two consecutive years straight, with APD's full blessing. Thanks APD! Maybe I should go park outside Chief Rolleri's house in Danville and blast music there? Lets see how he likes it since he thinks its such a non issue!

According to my security cam, the DUI jeep driver arrived about an hour before we did. Apparently, she sat in her car the entire time, for a whole hour, waiting for us to get home just so she could start harassing us. As soon as we stepped out of the car and started walking upstairs to our apartment, the DUI jeep driver began repeatedly laying on her horn, and also used her sister's car keys to repeatedly blip the car horn of her sister's SUV parked next to her.
This is part of an extended campaign of relentless harassment the DUI jeep driver and her family have been waging against us every single day and night for two years. They do this without any provocation, completely unprovoked and at random, just to harass us.
Police were called again but they took their sweet time to respond. The DUI jeep driver already walked back into her apartment a few minutes ago. No officers have responded.

The dispatcher told me that on my first call there was "officers in the area already" and they cleared the call right away (very convenient). I guess their timing is always off by just that few seconds that the DUI jeep driver always gets away with it.
Officers came out again, it took them a while after my second call. They walked around the DUI jeep driver's complex, shined some flashlights around and left. The DUI jeep driver knew there was police on site so she was quiet while all of this was happening.
Sadly it seems like getting APD to actually be here when she does this stuff is nearly impossible, and APD still seems to think im just making all of this stuff up even though we have video proof of what she's been doing.

Nothing has changed. The DUI jeep driver is still operating the jeep daily, as she has been since she was released from jail following her arrest for DUI (driving with over twice the l.e.g.a.l BAC limit) in which she totaled her previous car on January 6th, 2019.
At 12:47 PM today, the DUI jeep driver rolled in blasting her music loudly on purpose to harass and disturb the peace. As she stepped out of the vehicle, she peered into our carport to see if our car is there, presumably to confirm if we are home and to see if she was successful in harassing us. Got the entire thing on video and will be uploading footage shortly.
