I keep reporting this, I have for over TEN yes TEN years without anyone taking care of this. the problem keeps getting closed or the city offical BTaylor just closed the issue with the LIE that it was "DONE" WTF????

The picture was taken just before writing this..

Can you explain to me how a city offical can lie and get away with closing an issue that clearly
not been address even asking for over TEN (10) years?????
I will need BTaylor's contact info if I need to have the local media or lawyers contact him as I am now looking into further legal action I can take against BTaylor and the city of St. Petersburg for their fraudulent acts.

JUST FIX THE CURB. HOW HARD IS THAT TO UNDERSTAND?? IT SHOULD NOT TAKE ME REPORTING OVER A TEN (10) YEAR PERIOD.

This issue will be added to the work order system. Due to the fact that the issue reported is not causing flooding, road hazards, trip hazards or interfering with the daily flow of traffic this will not receive a high priority on repair and will be addressed as staff and time are available. - Per Interim Director Paul Booth. When this is up for repair it will be assigned to BTaylor as he is the curb foreman for the SPTO department.

Why did BTaylor state that the issue was "DONE" when it was clearly not "DONE"?????????????
And it IS a trip hazard as stated in the other times I've reported it "MY DAUGHTER TRIPPED OVER IT TEN YEARS AGO AND HURT HERSELF" when I first reported it.. 10 (TEN) years ago....

I looked into issue # 4642656. I did see that BTaylor did close that issue out in error. That report however is from July of last year. I do not have any record of the trip and fall complaint from ten years ago. Was this filed through the risk management department when the fall occurred? I will place this work order high in the list due to it being reported initially 9 months ago. I do apologize for that being closed in error and we will repair the issue as stated.
