Description

This RV is being used as a homeless camping vehicle with a tent attached to it. The license plate is 527 VTG. It reeks of feces and has been parked on this block for at least a week. There is a tent attached to it with numerous bikes and as such is most likely involved in stolen bike trading. There is a clearly posted sign that vehicles over 22ft long or 7ft high are prohibited from parking from 12AM to 6PM everyday.
