Deskripsyon

The neighbors in the apartment attached directly behind ours are constantly shouting all day long, and have large masses of people over all weekend, including late into Sunday night (often past Midnight). To top it all off, every weekend, they are outside getting intoxicated in the parking lot with their friends and smashing beer bottles all over the place and never cleaning the shards of glass left behind.

The officer's aren't doing much about it and we are at our wits end. We can't get a moment of piece and I am afraid the neighborhood kids and/or animals may hurt themselves on the shards of broken beer bottle glass they leave littered all over the parking lot and even in the yard that connects to ours.

Please, we need help and for this to end.
