Hi Nick, thanks for the update. We do apologize for the inconvenience and sent an escalation request to the Department of Watershed to inspect the broken cover. You may reference Service Request 1153762004 for the escalation.
We received information that this is not a meter box and will need to be forwarded to our Public Works Department. We sent this over to them advising the current issue per service request #1156066766.
