The sunken area has been filled with Cold Mix, we are going to continue to investigate the issue at this time.

Inspected the area and found no infiltration and no structural deficiencies in the manhole or the lines. Cold patch was added to the area. . During normal hours Mon – Fri 8 am to 5 pm call 410-313-4900 and reference Service Request number 686242 for additional information.

Thank you for submitting your Work Order request. One of our Inspectors will be out to investigate the issue and respond back with results.

Scheduled for video inspection.

No defects were found in the pipe and after continued monitoring this defect has not reemerged. Closing request.
